Poetry Event at AUCA
AUCA Library conducted the Poetry Event dedicated to St.Valentine's Day. It was a good opportunity for all poetry lovers of AUCA community to get together and perform their favorite poems. Next Poetry Night would be conducted in March.

Information Literacy Courses
On November 16, 2016 NGA students have completed Information Literacy Courses conducted by the AUCA Library staff. During this five-week course NGA students learned basics of information literacy and effective use of academic resources.

Meeting of University Libraries at AUCA
AUCA Library hosted a meeting of representatives from 13 university libraries to discuss plans for cooperation, share resources, professional development, and come up with practical solutions to common challenges.

American Music Center at AUCA
AUCA Library hosted program on history of American music organized by the American Music Center. The students of Kurenkeev music college performed both American and traditional kyrgyz folk songs and the center coordinator Svetlana Dehnich talked about the history of American music and its origin.
