It provides access to a wide range of video content across fields such as anthropology, business, counseling, film, health, history, music, and more. 

ACM Digital Library

The ACM Digital Library provides access to research papers, journals, conference proceedings, and academic materials in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, and related disciplines.

AGORA *

AGORA provides free access to leading scientific journals in agriculture and related biological, environmental, and social sciences for public institutions in developing countries. The AGORA databases are available on all AUCA campus computers and can also be accessed off-campus. 

Artstor

The Artstor Digital Library provides more than 3 million images from museums, photo archives, scholars, and artists. All images are rights-cleared for educational use and cover a wide range of disciplines, supported by tools for teaching and learning. 

Cambridge Journals Online

Cambridge Journals Online provides access to 384 high-quality journals across multiple disciplines. The collection spans the humanities, social sciences, and sciences, and is recognized globally for excellence, scope, and editorial integrity.

Central Asia and the Caucasus Journal

The Central Asia and the Caucasus Journal provides analytical articles on the social and political life of the region, published by the Institute for Central Asian and Caucasian Studies (Sweden) and the Institute of Strategic Studies of the Caucasus (Azerbaijan). 

Central Asian Survey

Central Asian Survey provides peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary research on the history, politics, cultures, religions, and economies of the Central Asian and Caucasian regions, including the republics of former Soviet Central Asia, the Caucasus, Xinjiang (China), Mongolia, Afghanistan, Iran, and Turkey. 

Columbia International Affairs Online

Columbia International Affairs Online provides materials from leading research institutes and universities, including books, journals, conference proceedings, policy briefs, atlases, maps, and original case studies in international affairs, history, and political science. 

De Gruyter

De Gruyter provides access to a broad range of e-journals in the humanities, social sciences, medicine, mathematics, engineering, computer science, natural sciences, and law, along with a diverse collection of digital media.

Duke Journals Scholarly Collections

The Duke Journals Scholarly Collections provide access to 44 titles from Duke University Press. The journals cover subjects in the humanities and social sciences, including anthropology, cultural studies, literary studies, gender and sexuality, international and regional studies, music, philosophy, policy, and political theory.

EBSCO

EBSCO provides a large multidisciplinary collection of eBooks and eJournals covering art, business, education, philosophy, political science, religion, technology, engineering, and many other academic disciplines. 

ElgarOnline

ElgarOnline provides access to more than 290 titles in development studies, including journals such as Review of Keynesian Economics, Queen Mary Journal of Intellectual Property, Leadership and the Humanities, Journal of Human Rights and the Environment, and European Journal of Economics and Economic Policies: Intervention.

HeinOnline

HeinOnline provides a premier research collection of more than 176 million pages and 270,000 titles of historical and government documents in a searchable, image-based format. It includes law-related periodicals, the Congressional Record, Federal Register, U.S. Reports (since 1754), and collections on treaties, constitutions, and case law.

HINARI *

HINARI provides access to one of the world’s largest collections of biomedical and health literature, established by WHO and major publishers. It includes over 14,000 journals in 30 languages and more than 53,000 e-books for low- and middle-income countries. 

HS Talks. Business Management Collection

HS Talks (Henry Stewart Talks) provides animated online lectures, seminars, and case studies for business schools, universities, and organizations worldwide. The Business Management Collection includes more than 10,000 multimedia lectures, interviews, and peer-reviewed articles.

IEEE

IEEE Xplore provides access to journals, conference papers, and standards in engineering, computing, and electronics, advancing innovation and research in technology fields worldwide. 

IMechE Journals

IMechE Journals provide 18 titles from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, covering all areas of mechanical engineering since 1847, including power, energy, design, manufacturing, and sports engineering.

IMF eLibrary

The IMF eLibrary provides access to periodicals, books, working papers, studies, and statistical tools from the International Monetary Fund, covering macroeconomics, globalization, development, trade, demographics, and poverty reduction.

IOPscience

IOPscience provides access to 45 high-impact journals published by the Institute of Physics. Subject areas include biological physics, chemistry, engineering, environmental science, mathematics, medical physics, and physics. 

JSTOR

JSTOR provides full-text access to nearly 360 core scholarly journals in the arts, social sciences, and natural sciences. Collections include complete archives of journals dating back to their first issues, many from the 1800s, across disciplines such as economics, sociology, history, mathematics, and linguistics. 

Jus Mundi

Jus Mundi provides access to a wide range of materials on international law, including treaties, cases, arbitral awards, and legal research tools. It supports research in international law, arbitration, and human rights. 

Kanopy

Kanopy provides access to more than 30,000 films across academic disciplines, supporting teaching, learning, and research through high-quality streaming video. 

Korean studies information service system (KISS)

KISS provides full-text access to academic publications across a wide range of disciplines, including Korean language and literature, arts, humanities, social sciences, law, engineering, and medicine.

Mathematical Science Publisher

Mathematical Science Publisher provides open access to peer-reviewed journals in mathematics and related fields. It is a nonprofit organization managed by and for mathematicians. 

New York Times

The New York Times provides access to articles, breaking news, blogs, multimedia, and in-depth analysis from one of the world’s leading news organizations. 

Online Toktom

Online Toktom provides a comprehensive database of legislative documents of the Kyrgyz Republic, including normative acts, jurisprudence, bulletins, reviews, comments, bills, and international legislation. Access requires authorization—please contact the library for login credentials. 

OpenEdition

OpenEdition provides access to electronic resources in the humanities and social sciences, including journals, books, and research blogs. 

Oxford English Dictionary

The Oxford English Dictionary provides the most comprehensive record of the English language, tracing the meaning and evolution of over 600,000 words across 1,500 years. The online edition provides powerful search and browsing tools for in-depth linguistic research. 

Oxford Handbooks Online

Oxford Handbooks Online provides authoritative handbooks across 14 disciplines, including archaeology, business, classical studies, criminology, economics, history, law, linguistics, literature, music, philosophy, political science, psychology, and religion. 

Oxford Journals

Oxford Journals provides access to more than 240 full-text scholarly journals in the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, technical sciences, and law. 

Oxford Reference Online


Oxford Reference Online provides more than 160 reference works, including dictionaries, encyclopedias, and language dictionaries (French-English, Spanish-English, Italian-English, and German-English), as well as handbooks in science, medicine, business, and economics.

Polpred.com – Mass Media Review

Polpred.com provides full-text access to Russian mass media, including top articles, news, and business analytics from hundreds of agencies and publications. Topics include economics, law, industrial policy, foreign investment, and Russia’s relations with 230 countries. 

ProQuest Academic Complete

ProQuest Academic Complete is a growing collection of more than 185 000 full-text books, textbooks and other authoritative content from the world's leading publishers such as Routledge, McGraw-Hill, Cambridge University Press etc.

PsycARTICLES

PsycARTICLES provides full-text access to more than 153,000 scholarly and scientific articles in psychology from nearly 80 peer-reviewed journals published by the American Psychological Association (APA). 

Royal Society Journals

The Royal Society Journals Collection provides nine leading titles in the physical, biological, mathematical, and engineering sciences, along with archival access dating back to 1665. 

SAGE Journals

SAGE Journals provides access to more than 800 international peer-reviewed journals across disciplines including business, humanities, social sciences, technology, and medicine. 

ScienceDirect

ScienceDirect provides access to 112 selected book titles published by Elsevier, covering subjects such as business, economics, mathematics, psychology, social sciences, political science, and environmental studies.

Scite

Scite provides a smart citation platform that helps researchers evaluate scientific articles by showing whether a cited study supports or contradicts the original work. It includes over 900 million citation statements for comprehensive research analysis. 

Scopus

Scopus provides a comprehensive multidisciplinary research database with access to authoritative publications, citation metrics, and analytical tools for tracking research trends and identifying experts. 

Statista

Statista provides access to one of the world’s largest statistics and market data platforms, featuring more than 1.5 million statistics, forecasts, reports, and infographics across 80,000 topics from over 22,000 sources. To gain access, you should enter your AUCA network username and password. 

Taylor and Francis

Taylor & Francis Journals provides access to more than 1,600 peer-reviewed academic journals covering all major disciplines, including humanities, social sciences, behavioral sciences, science, technology, and medicine. 

Toktom **

Toktom provides the full set of normative and legislative acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, along with jurisprudence articles, reviews, comments, bills, and international legislation. Access is password-protected—please contact the library to request credentials.
